A traditional recipe to celebrate the best moments with your loved ones. Our cod fritters are the perfect starter to share and are super easy to prepare. Always prepare them without defrosting!
Air fryer: 9 minutes
Conventional fryer: at 180ºC for 3 minutes
Oven: at 180ºC for 10-12 minutes. Turn over after 6 minutes.

We advise you
If you're baking in the oven, we recommend using oven-safe paper. Preheat the oven to 180°C, place the fritters in, and then bake for 10-12 minutes (after 6 minutes, turn them over so they cook on both sides).
Deep frozen product. Store at -18ºC. Do not refreeze.
