We advise you
To thaw, it's best to do so in the bottom rack of the refrigerator the night before serving. Remember to thaw only what you're going to eat and store the rest as tightly as possible. Once thawed, you can prepare them by placing the perforated container in the microwave for approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds, or in a pan with your favorite sauce.
Pasteurized coquina is used in various dishes such as shrimp and prawn paste. It's also used as an ingredient in some soups and sauces, as well as in some sushi rolls.
