We advise you
To defrost, it's best to do so in the bottom rack of the refrigerator the night before eating. You can also defrost it quickly under cold running water, removing the surface layer of ice and submerging it for a few minutes. Remember to defrost only what you're going to eat and store the rest as tightly as possible.
