Surimi pizza

🍕 What do we need for the dough?

🔸 400 g. Of flour
🔸 15g of pressed yeast
🔸 1 teaspoon of sugar
🔸 1/2 cup of lukewarm water
🔸 4 tablespoons EVOO
🔸1 teaspoon of salt
1️⃣ To make the dough, in a small bowl, mix the water, sugar, and yeast. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.

2️⃣ After 15 minutes, in another bowl, add the flour, salt, and 3 tablespoons of oil. Add the water and yeast and knead until it no longer sticks to your hands. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 1 hour until it doubles in volume.

3️⃣ Flour the work surface, place the dough on top, and knead again. Form a ball and let it rest in the covered bowl for another 15 minutes. After this time, flour the rolling pin and work surface. Roll the dough out with the rolling pin until it's the size of a baking sheet. Grease the baking sheet with oil, roll the dough around the rolling pin, and spread it out on the baking sheet until it's covered.

👻 For decoration 👻
We can buy a ghost-shaped mold to make them, or we can cut slices of cheese with scissors to give them any shape we want. For the mouth, we cut a slice of olive and two small pieces for the eyes.

🍕 EXTRA 🍕 Instead of adding the surimi sticks on top, we can make the mixture with the crushed tomatoes and finely chopped surimi. Another option is to try adding our shrimp or lobster-flavored surimi. (I.e. Yummy!
