    MSC Certified Sustainable Fishing Seal

    The MSC label is awarded to wild-caught fish and seafood from sustainable fishing practices. This means that sufficient fish populations are left in the sea and negative impacts on their habitats are avoided. Furthermore, it ensures that fishing remains a viable livelihood for local people.

    ASC Responsible Aquaculture Seal

    The ASC label is awarded only to seafood products from responsible aquaculture. This ensures that the aquaculture industry cultivates fish and shellfish using systems designed to reduce the environmental and social impact of this activity.

    The European Union certification for organic guarantees the use of natural procedures and animal welfare. Its production implies that they have been produced, processed, transported, and stored under strict controls.
